Safe-U is an ingenious way of catching any criminal, predator or bully during the act by stealthly recording and instantly uploading the evidence, also getting help from a security network of family and friends. Photo and audio recordings of evidence are uploaded in real time, a key feature of the Safe-U application. All data is stored in encrypted form. Safe-U application also provides arrival & departure and check-in notifications among specified contacts. Application requires 3G or better connectivity for real time data upload and WiFi connectivity for accurate arrival & departure notifications. Any collected data or evidence cannot be deleted for seven days to ensure that no one can force you to delete any incriminating evidence. * Emergency Recording and Notifications In addition to secure surveillance recording, your contacts will receive emergency notifications. They can make a call on your behalf, come to help you, or send medical help if necessary. * Call 911 with Notifications In case of a life threatening emergency, our application comes with a built-in Call 911 button which allows user to switch to a 911 call during the recording process. Security contacts receive location notifications. * Check-in Notifications The user can let family members and friends know that he or she has reached a destination safely by pressing the "Send My Location" button. * Arrival and departure notifications You can set arrival and departure notifiations for specific contacts to receive as you enter and exit certain locations such as home or school , either by entering an address or marking it on the map. * Location Tracking If the 'Location Tracking' feature is activated, the application records the user's geographic location as significant changes occur. Only the user can access this recorded location information and data. Their contacts does not receive continuous location data updates. * Track Yourself If you feel you are being followed by a stranger, and if you do not have the opportunity to record image of that person, the application will send the tracking information to the server. The authorities can see your last recorded location and trace images taken from security cameras at your location. * Activating emergency notifications from the website If your iPhone somehow loses data connection or is not available to activate the Safe-U "Emergency Recording" function, the user can send an emergency notification to his or her contacts via the safe-u.com web site. * Your privacy is preserved The Safe-U application is designed to preserve your privacy. All your recordings and location data is encrypted and securely stored. Your recordings and location data is not shared with anyone including with your contacts. You can share your location with your contacts by using the Send My Location feature or the Arrival and Departure Notifications feature.
